A newly added cryptocurrency wallet is subject to a 24-hour security cooling period after OTP verification. A notification is sent to the registered email address. If you did not add the wallet, delete it immediately when the control is available, secure your email and Client Portal, then open Service Hub directly from the Client Portal left navigation menu. Select Create Ticket to report the incident
How the cryptocurrency-wallet security period works
Before a cryptocurrency wallet can be added, the customer must complete OTP verification through the security method configured for the profile, such as the registered phone, email or Authentication App.
After the wallet is added, cryptocurrency withdrawals to the new destination are unavailable during the 24-hour cooling period. The registered email notification gives the customer time to identify and remove an unauthorised address.
If you did not make the change
Do not submit a withdrawal or approve another verification request.
Delete the unfamiliar wallet address in the Client Portal when the control is available.
Secure the registered email, change the Client Portal password under Security → Password → Update, then open Security → My Devices. Review Device, Device ID, Operating System, IP Address, Location and Last Login, and remove any unfamiliar or suspicious device to revoke its login access.
Open Security → Account Activity to review account operations. Also review Payout details and Transaction History, then report the incident through Service Hub → Create Ticket → Account & Security.
Other security-sensitive changes
A different profile, security-method or payout-detail change may have a different restriction. Follow the exact message and availability time displayed for your profile. Bank payout details are subject to account-holder or recipient-name matching, which reduces but does not eliminate unauthorised-activity risk.
Additional withdrawal guidance
After some security-sensitive profile or payout-detail changes, the FXTRADING.com Client Portal may temporarily restrict withdrawals. This helps protect the account while the change takes effect.
Check the restriction
Sign in to the Client Portal.
Open Withdrawal or the relevant payout-details section.
Read the restriction message, availability time and required action shown.
Check your registered email for a related security notification.
The restriction and affected payout methods can depend on the change and current account security state. Follow the message displayed for your profile rather than assuming a fixed period.
What should I do while withdrawal is unavailable?
Do not submit repeated withdrawal requests.
Do not change the same security or payout details again unless they are incorrect.
Review any newly added destination, including the account-holder name, wallet address, currency and blockchain network.
For account-specific help, sign in to the Client Portal, open Service Hub from the left navigation menu, select Create Ticket, and choose the category and issue that best match your request.
When the displayed restriction ends
Return to Withdrawal, confirm that the restriction has cleared and review all payout details before submitting. Check Transaction History after submission and retain the withdrawal reference.
