How do I withdraw funds from FXTRADING.com?

Submit and monitor a withdrawal in the Client Portal, review eligibility and payout details, and understand that BSC is not supported for withdrawals.

Create the request in the FXTRADING.com Client Portal. The available source accounts, payout methods, limits, fees and estimates are specific to your profile and transaction.

Before you start

  • Complete any verification or security task shown in the Client Portal.

  • Confirm that the source trading account or wallet is eligible for withdrawal.

  • Check the withdrawable amount displayed for that source.

  • Review the effect on open positions and available margin.

  • Use payout details held in your own legal name.

  • Confirm that your bank, card, wallet or other payout details are current.

  • Have access to the security method linked to your profile.

The labels and order of some fields can vary by profile and portal version. Follow the fields shown in your current withdrawal flow.

Why is a payout method selected or unavailable?

The Client Portal can use the transaction's payment eligibility when presenting a payout route. Available methods can also depend on your region, verification status, amount, currency and provider availability.

How do I know the request was submitted?

A withdrawal record should appear in Transaction History with its reference, source, amount, currency and status. A reduction in funds available for trading does not mean the receiving provider has credited the funds.

If no record appears, do not submit a duplicate until you have checked whether the first request was recorded.

Can I edit or cancel a withdrawal?

Open the record and use an edit or cancel control only if one is displayed. Availability depends on the request's current stage. A request already being processed may no longer be changeable or cancellable.

How long will the withdrawal take?

Processing and delivery times depend on the current request, payment method, provider, receiving institution, local calendars and any required review. Check the current status, action message and displayed estimate in Transaction History. If the record fails, requires action, or is past its displayed estimate, contact Customer Support with the request reference and exact status. Do not submit a duplicate request while the existing record remains active.

Monitor the current status and any action message in Transaction History. Do not submit a duplicate request while an earlier withdrawal remains active.

Can I withdraw USDT through the BSC network?

No. The BSC network is currently supported only for USDT 2 deposits when it is displayed in the deposit request. It is not currently supported for cryptocurrency withdrawals. For a withdrawal, use only an asset and network displayed as supported in the Client Portal.

Funding history and payout routes

The payout methods shown can reflect your earlier funding history, regulatory controls and the methods able to receive the current currency and amount. Add or update payout details only in the secure Client Portal and use details held in your own legal name. Do not assume that every method used for a deposit can receive every withdrawal.

Withdrawal stages

Submission, review, approval, processing, sending and provider delivery are separate stages. Transaction History and any email notification may show progress, but the current record is the source for the status, action required and estimate. Approval does not mean the receiving account has already been credited.
