How do I withdraw funds from an Investment Wallet or Partner Wallet?

Check wallet eligibility and payout options, submit and monitor a withdrawal, and review the factors that may affect processing and receipt times.

Use the FXTRADING.com Client Portal to see whether a wallet is eligible for withdrawal and which payout methods are available for the transaction.

Before you start

  • Complete any verification or security task shown in the Client Portal.

  • Confirm that the wallet has a withdrawable balance.

  • Check that your payout details are current and held in your own legal name.

  • Review the currency, network and destination carefully when using a digital-asset payout method.

Submit a withdrawal

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal.

  2. Select Withdrawal.

  3. Choose the Investment Wallet or Partner Wallet shown as an eligible source.

  4. Enter the amount.

  5. Review the payout methods presented for that transaction.

  6. Select saved payout details or add the information requested on screen.

  7. Review the destination, currency, conversion, fee, minimum, maximum and processing estimate.

  8. Confirm the request and complete the security verification shown.

  9. Open Transaction History and select the withdrawal to monitor it.

Available methods can depend on the wallet, deposit history, region, currency, amount, verification status and provider availability. Follow the options displayed for the current request rather than selecting a route from an earlier transaction.

Internal transfers

If the Client Portal displays a transfer option, review the source, destination, currency conversion and amount before confirming. The directions in which funds can be transferred depend on the wallet and destination presented in the current flow.

How long will the withdrawal take?

Processing and delivery times depend on the current request, payment method, provider, receiving institution, local calendars and any required review. Check the current status, action message and displayed estimate in Transaction History. If the record fails, requires action, or is past its displayed estimate, contact Customer Support with the request reference and exact status. Do not submit a duplicate request while the existing record remains active.

Monitor the current status and any action message in Transaction History. Do not submit a duplicate request while an earlier withdrawal remains active.
