What should I do if my withdrawal form expires?

Check Transaction History before restarting an expired withdrawal form, then resubmit safely or troubleshoot repeated session and validation errors.

For security, a withdrawal form or session can expire before you submit it. If this happens, the request is not completed and you may see a session-expired or validation error.

Complete the withdrawal again

  1. Open Transaction History and confirm that no withdrawal was created.

  2. Return to Withdraw in the Client Portal.

  3. Select the source account, payout method, destination, currency and amount again.

  4. Review the details and complete any verification shown.

  5. Submit the request while the current form remains active.

  6. Confirm that a withdrawal reference and status appear in Transaction History.

Prepare the destination and amount before opening the form, but always recheck the information shown before confirming.

Do not submit a duplicate

A page error does not always mean that no request was recorded. Check Transaction History before trying again. If a request exists, follow that record instead of creating another one.

The error continues

For account-specific help, sign in to the Client Portal, open Service Hub from the left navigation menu, select Create Ticket, and choose the category and issue that best match your request.
