Sign in to your FXT account and open FXT AI. What happens next depends on your current subscription:
No subscription: you will be taken to the subscription page, where you can review the plans currently available to you.
Active subscription: you can enter FXT AI and use features when you have enough Credits.
Cancelled subscription that is still within its paid period: you can continue using FXT AI until the displayed expiry date.
Suspended subscription: you will be taken to the Subscription Center to review the failed renewal and renew manually.
Expired subscription: you will be taken to the subscription page to place a new subscription order.
Choose the plan and billing period shown on the subscription page, review the price and Credit allowance, and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your subscription.
Free and gifted subscriptions create a zero-value order but do not deduct funds from your Investment Wallet. Paid subscriptions are charged to your Investment Wallet balance.
For account-specific help, sign in to the Client Portal, open Service Hub from the left navigation menu, select Create Ticket, and choose the category and issue that best match your request.
