Where is new FXTRADING.com account registration currently unavailable?

Check the locations and country-related conditions that make new FXTRADING.com account registration unavailable and what to do if a restriction appears to be an error.

Afghanistan and Pakistan (from 14 July 2026): Registration is also unavailable when an applicant’s citizenship, current country of residence or registration phone number is associated with either country.

These restrictions concern new account registration. Existing customers should use the Client Portal and contact our Customer Support Team if they need help with an existing account.

Why is registration unavailable?

The applicable reason can differ by location and can include current onboarding, regulatory, verification or service-availability requirements.

For Afghanistan and Pakistan, the identity-verification service required to open a new account is not currently available for these applications. There is no confirmed restoration date for the affected verification service.

A country’s absence from a separate product or programme restriction list must not be treated as confirmation that account registration is available.

What should I do?

  • Enter your citizenship, residence and phone details accurately.

  • Do not select another country or use another person’s contact details.

  • Do not submit repeated applications with different information.

  • If you already have Client Portal access and believe a restriction was applied to your application in error, open Service Hub, select Create Ticket, and choose Account and Security. If you cannot access the Client Portal, use official Live Chat. Do not send identity documents by email or chat.

Provide your actual citizenship and country of residence, the message shown and a screenshot with document numbers and other sensitive information hidden. Our Customer Support Team can check the available registration route but cannot guarantee that registration will be available.

Important example: Ontario Province is listed as restricted, but another Canadian province such as British Columbia must not be described as eligible merely because it is absent. For British Columbia or any other unlisted location, say that final availability depends on the current registration flow, verification and applicable requirements.
