Who can open an FXTRADING.com account?

Check the age, regional, verification and legal-entity requirements for opening an FXTRADING.com account, including locations where registration is unavailable.

Account availability depends on legal age and capacity, country or region, the FXTRADING.com entity providing the service, verification and current onboarding rules.

Minimum age

An individual applicant must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity required to enter into the applicable agreement. A higher age of majority can apply under local law.

Age eligibility beyond the minimum depends on applicable law, the FXTRADING.com entity and the current onboarding requirements. If an application requires an age-related review, follow the message displayed in the registration or verification flow.

Country and regional availability

FXTRADING.com does not offer accounts in every country or region. New account registration is unavailable to applicants whose current country or territory of residence is one of the following locations:

  • The United States of America and all its territories, including:

    • American Samoa

    • Baker Island

    • Guam

    • Howland Island

    • Kingman Reef

    • Marshall Islands

    • Northern Mariana Islands

    • Puerto Rico

    • Midway Islands

    • Wake Island

    • Palmyra Atoll

    • Jarvis Island

    • Johnston Atoll

    • Navassa Island

    • U.S. Virgin Islands

    • United States Minor Outlying Islands

  • Other restricted regions:

    • Martinique

    • Belize

    • Ontario Province (within Canada)

    • North Korea

    • Iran

    • New Zealand

    • Russia

    • Ukraine

Afghanistan and Pakistan (from 14 July 2026): Registration is also unavailable when an applicant’s citizenship, current country of residence or registration phone number is associated with either country.

A country’s absence from a separate restriction list must not be treated as confirmation that account registration is available. A product or programme’s regional availability also does not confirm general account-opening eligibility.

Select your actual country of residence during registration and follow the availability result shown. Do not use a VPN, another person’s address or inaccurate information to bypass an unavailable country or entity.

Verification and eligibility

An applicant may need to:

  • provide accurate personal and residential-address information;

  • verify an email address and mobile number;

  • complete identity and address verification;

  • complete an economic profile; and

  • satisfy the onboarding requirements applicable to the relevant legal entity.

Submitting an application does not guarantee that an account will be opened.

How do I check whether I can register?

  1. Open the official FXTRADING.com registration page.

  2. Select your actual country of residence.

  3. Enter your own contact and personal information.

  4. Review the entity, terms and disclosures presented to you.

  5. Complete the verification tasks shown.

If your country is unavailable, you are redirected, or the application cannot continue, follow the availability result shown. A legal or regional restriction cannot be bypassed by changing applicant information.

Nationality and country of residence

Eligibility can depend on both your nationality and your country of residence, together with applicable law, sanctions, the FXTRADING.com entity and current onboarding rules. Nationality normally refers to citizenship or the passport you hold; country of residence is where you legally live. Enter both exactly as requested in the registration flow.

Product and programme availability

Eligibility to register for an FXTRADING.com profile does not guarantee access to every product or programme. Social Trading, Funds Management, the Partner Programme and other services can have separate regional, entity, verification or product restrictions. Use the availability shown for your profile in the current Client Portal.

Important example: Ontario Province is listed as restricted, but another Canadian province such as British Columbia must not be described as eligible merely because it is absent. For British Columbia or any other unlisted location, say that final availability depends on the current registration flow, verification and applicable requirements.
