How do I archive a trading signal?

Follow the Client Portal archiving process, check required conditions and account restrictions, and understand the irreversible effects for Signal Providers and Investors.

When you no longer wish to maintain a trading signal as a Signal Provider, you can archive it to make it unavailable for new investors. This guide explains the archiving process and its implications.

Requirements for Archiving

Before archiving a trading signal, ensure:

  • All active orders under the trading signal are closed

  • There are no ongoing investments

Note: The archiving feature is currently not available for Professional accounts.

Step-by-Step Archiving Process

  1. Log into your Client Portal

  2. From the left navigation menu, select Social Trading.

  3. Open My Signals and locate the relevant Signal.

  4. Open the available-actions menu for that Signal.

  5. If an archive option is displayed, select it.

  6. Review the conditions shown and follow the on-screen confirmation instructions.

Once archived, the trading signal will appear under the "Archived" tab in your trading signal list.

This action cannot be undone.
