What is a Signal Provider?
A Signal Provider publishes a trading signal that eligible Investors can subscribe to. Signal Provider information can include performance, drawdown, risk information, fee settings and other product data.
Historical performance is not a guarantee of future results.
Can a Signal Provider subscribe to their own signal?
No. A Signal Provider cannot subscribe to a trading signal they created. The ability to create multiple subscriptions to the same Signal Provider applies only to eligible Investor subscriptions and does not permit self-subscription.
What is an Investor?
An Investor allocates eligible funds to a subscription with a Signal Provider through the Social Trading service. The service then copies eligible trading activity according to the Signal Provider and investment settings.
Copying trades from a Signal Provider does not remove trading risk, and the investor can lose money.

Open Social Trading .
Review the available Signal Providers and risk information.
Open a Signal Provider and review its account type, performance, drawdown, fee and investment requirements.

How do I become a Signal Provider?
Open Social Trading and select the option to create or manage a trading signal, if available. Complete the verification, account, trading signal, risk and fee settings shown in the current flow.
Only the account types displayed in the current Social Trading flow can be selected.

What should I do if Social Trading is missing?
Confirm that you are signed in to the correct Client Portal profile or supported FXTRADING.com app.
Complete any verification or account action displayed for your profile.
Sign out, sign in again and check the current product menu.
If Social Trading is still missing, submit a request through the Service Hub in your Client Portal. Provide your country of residence, the profile or account reference, the app or page used and a screenshot with personal information hidden.
A missing menu option is a profile-specific availability or eligibility result. It does not mean that the Social Trading system is undergoing an upgrade or unavailable to all customers.
How are trades copied?
Eligible trades are copied according to the Investor’s allocated amount and the copy settings shown for the investment. The investor’s trade size and result may differ from the Signal Provider because of account balance, copy ratio, pricing, execution, slippage or timing. Where the current product flow allows it, a Signal Provider may create and manage more than one trading signal, with separate settings and performance records.
