Open the investment or redemption record in the FXTRADING.com Client Portal. The current record is the source for the redemption’s status, amount, destination, timing and available actions.
Find the redemption
Sign in to the Client Portal.
Open Funds Management.
Open your investments, actions or transaction history.
Select the relevant redemption.
Review the redemption reference, fund, investment reference, amount or calculation status, destination, timestamps, estimate and any action required.
The labels can vary by product version. Use the current Funds Management flow displayed for your profile.
What stages can a redemption pass through?
Request received or awaiting review
The request has been recorded but has not finished. A Fund Manager or the system may still need to process it.
Action required
Open the record and complete only the action requested through the secure FXTRADING.com flow.
Approved or processing
Approval does not mean that the redeemed funds are already available. The investment can still require calculation, settlement, position handling or transfer.
Calculation or settlement in progress
The final redemption amount or destination transfer has not completed. The amount may not appear immediately after approval.
Completed
Rejected, failed or cancelled
Open the record and follow the reason or next action shown. Confirm where the investment amount is recorded before creating another request.
Why are the funds not available after approval?
Approval is only one stage of the redemption. The product can still need to calculate the redemption result and complete the required settlement and transfer steps.
Do not assume there is a system error solely because the funds are not available immediately after approval. Continue monitoring the current status and estimate.
Can I cancel a redemption?
You can cancel the request only while a cancellation control is displayed. Cancellation may no longer be available after review, approval, calculation, settlement or another processing stage begins.
Support cannot guarantee that a redemption already being processed can be stopped.
Can I submit another redemption while one is active?
Use only the actions displayed for each investment. If an existing redemption is active and no new redemption control is available, wait for the current request to reach a final status.
Do not submit duplicate requests to try to obtain faster processing.
How is currency conversion handled?
Review the source, destination, currency, conversion information and resulting amount shown for the redemption. A conversion can apply when the investment and destination use different currencies.
There is no single conversion rate for every redemption. Use the conversion information recorded for the current transaction.
Where will the redeemed funds go?
Check the destination displayed in the redemption record. Depending on the product flow, funds can be returned to the eligible account or wallet connected with the investment.
You cannot select another person’s account or an unsupported destination.
Can the final amount differ from the amount first shown?
The final amount can depend on the investment value and the product calculations applied before completion. Use the completed redemption record for the final amount and any fee information.
Is there a fixed processing time?
Use the estimate displayed for the current request. Approval, calculation, settlement and transfer can have different timing. Trading days, weekends, public holidays and required system processing can affect different stages.
A previous redemption’s timing does not guarantee the timing of a new request.
Submit a redemption request
Open the relevant investment in Funds Management, choose the redemption action displayed, enter a partial amount or select the available full-redemption option, review the destination and submit. The request may require system processing or review by the Fund Manager, as shown in the record. The final value can differ from the value shown when you submitted because the investment and open positions can change before calculation and settlement are completed.
