Managing Social Trading During Market Closures

Understand how subscriptions and unsubscriptions are handled during market closures, including processing open positions at the next available market price.

Can I Subscribe or Unsubscribe During Market Downtime?

Yes, you can subscribe to or unsubscribe from Signal Providers even when markets are closed or during daily breaks. Our platform allows investors to initiate these actions at the first available prices when trading resumes.

Key Points to Remember:

  • For subscriptions without open positions: You can subscribe to or unsubscribe from a Signal Provider at any time without restrictions.

  • For subscriptions with open positions: If you initiate a subscription or unsubscription request during market closure, your request will be processed at the next available market price when trading resumes for those instruments.

  • Automatic termination: An investment will automatically stop if a Signal Provider's equity drops to zero.

  • Trading schedules: Different instruments have different trading hours. You can check the specific trading hours for all instruments in your Client Portal.

In the Client Portal, investors can review Social Trading activity under Social Trading → Assets and use the Active, Closing or Closed views. Signal Providers can manage their Signals under Social Trading → My Signals. Available actions depend on the current market and subscription status.
